Example:

A: Context: In my previous role as a marketing manager, our team was struggling with low engagement rates on a new product launch campaign. We needed to determine why our efforts weren't resonating with our target audience.

Action: I analyzed the performance data from various channels, including email open rates, social media engagement, and website traffic. I discovered that our messaging wasn't aligned with our target demographic's interests and pain points. I then led a team to pivot our content strategy, tailoring it more closely to the insights we gathered from the data.

3. Situational Questions
